Today, we’re looking at a fabulous intimate wedding venue for those of you having a more intimate wedding. The Old Parish Rooms in Rayleigh, Essex, is a true gem of a venue – the cutest little place, beautifully decorated for wedding receptions. With a stunning church just behind, it really couldn’t be easier to plan a wedding in this lovely little town and, if you’re looking for something really unique, then this is the place for you.

With its light and airy inside space and beautiful Grade II listed exterior, The Old Parish Rooms can lend itself to any style, from a sleek, modern wedding to a vintage themed dance to an intimate dinner party for thirty guests.

The venue, with a maximum capacity of one hundred guests, is within the grounds of Holy Trinity Church but is easily accessible from Registry Offices and civil ceremony premises in Southend or throughout Essex.

Our experienced and professional caterers at Toulouse Restaurant can provide a menu to suit your event and budget, from a corporate buffet lunch to a beautiful five course wedding breakfast.
